At Good Shepherd Ministries, our heart is to reach kids with the love of God!

Good  Shepherd Ministries is a child evangelism ministry targeted at kids in rural areas and small towns. Our heart is to let kids know that Jesus loves them!  Jesus commanded us to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.   Children are a big part of “all the world”—there are over two billion children under age fifteen in the world.  That’s a huge harvest field!  Jesus, our Good Shepherd, came to seek and save the lost.  Just as a shepherd cares for the weak and small among his flock,  Jesus, in his earthly ministry, demonstrated how precious the “little ones” in his flock are to him and to the Father.  He said “let the children come to me, for such is the kingdom of God.”

Children need to know the saving power of God as early as possible.  Kids today are bombarded by negative influences.  They need the foundation of the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit working in their lives to strengthen them to make the right choices.

The vision of Good Shepherd Ministries is to go anywhere that children are—neighborhoods, schools, parks, churches—with crusades, camps, Bible clubs,  and  other outreaches.    Without watering-down the gospel, we present the love of God in a fun, exciting way using puppets, skits, games, and visuals as tools to teach the Word of God.
